SHIPPING POLICY
Charges
- The charges for shipping and handling for your shopping with us at www.thesharonbeauty.com depends on the location to which you want your order to be delivered.
- Free shipping is offered to only customers who's above the total prepaid order value of ₹ 999. Standard Shipping Charges of ₹ 60 will be charged on prepaid orders, unless it qualifies for Free Shipping.
- Handling or convenience charges may apply depending upon any special request.
- We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD)​

Delivery
- Item(s) will be sent to the address provided by you to the website. Double check the address before you confirm the order so that we can avoid incorrect delivery.
- Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our control. These interruptions include but are not limited to transportation system, customs clearance issues, shipping carrier or cardholder’s credit card bank delays.
- A mail containing details of the service provider as well as the tracking information will be sent to you within 48 hours after an order is shipped from our warehouse.
- Standard delivery time for any prepaid order is 4-5 working days, depending on the location, unless otherwise specified for any particular product.
- We will update you with the tracking details within 48 hours of the items being dispatched.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order has been placed with us it cannot be cancelled. Under such circumstances we will be unable to process the refund to you.
TERMS OF RETURN & EXCHANGE
-Owing to the ongoing situation, we are currently not accepting return of the items, that is why we suggest to recheck your order twice before placing it.
- We do not accept returns on specially ordered and customized items under any circumstances since all items have been customized as per your request and post your approval.
- If there is any discrepancy in purchase order, we suggest that the customer should make an unboxing video and also share the time to make any claims. The video should be immediately send to Sharon Beauty to resolve the issue, without an unboxing video your claims will not be entertained.​
- If you do wish to modify your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified.
